NUUXS is a producer, singer and songwriter having released her debut album “Heirloom” in 2021 she is excited to share new self produced single “Ecstasy”  on February 21st 2025. She has worked with Major Lazer, Mr Eazi and RAYE and has performed on records for Shawn Mendes, Mario and The Libertines.

Quirky, passionate, independent 

Describe your sound:
When a singer becomes a producer, soul will meet dance.

Describe the moment you knew that you wanted to pursue music:
I was a child when I was already pursuing in singing parts in school plays, I knew I wanted to keep doing that for life.

How does your heritage impact your art?
My heritage gives me culture, I have always been resilient and never saw an option to give up, my family were refugees from Laos hence my French side as Laos was colonised by them, I’m grateful for for the strength and community I was shown growing up no matter how tough times were we always had our community to share with.

What moment are you most proud of in your music journey so far?
I’d have to say working on a record with Major Lazer, Mr Eazi and RAYE & Jake Gosling - I was just in a room with Mr Eazi. Jake and Zac Pajak we wrote something that felt really good, next thing I know Met Eazi calls Diplo and pretty much 2 months after a video was shot and RAYE cut the second verse, I got my first ever gold disc from “Tied Up” song 

Your next music goal:
Release more music do more shows! Write and produce more on side projects and collabs.

If you could collaborate with anyone, who and why?
Black Coffee, because I really love his sound it’s genuinely what I listen to in the gym at home in the car, my neighbour actually put me onto him Sha has great taste.

Lyrics you live by:
“Ain’t no sunshine when she’s gone”

Because if you genuinely lose yourself the sun really doesn’t shine.
