Released July 15th, Jason Patel's debut EP, featuring his signature sensual confident vocals. Delicious is a sultry, sexy and heartfelt 5 track R&B/Pop project to make you feel loved, warm and empowered. The project is centred on the feelings and experiences Patel went through over the past few years, in addition to feeling confident in their skin and body.
Patel’s track ‘One Last Dance’ is featured alongside a live performance of ‘Somewhere Special’ in his latest feature film: Unicorns. His music and acting skills intertwined together in his on screen debut co-starring alongside Ben Hardy (Bohemian Rhapsody, X-Men, Love at First Sight, 6 Underground) in the critically acclaimed cross-cultural romance, co-directed by award winning Sally El-Hosaini and James Krishna Floyd.
Artist bio:
Jason Patel is an independent rising artist. Patel’s music then became prominent, noting singles One Last Dance, 6iX, and most recently Choclafied. His artistry has been featured in Wonderland, Brown Girl Magazine, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter and more gaining him attention by BBC naming him Artist of the Week by Introducing, & Asian Network landing him a nomination for Best Music Video at The Youth Music Awards. In 2023, Pink News named Patel as one of the trailblazing artist of 2023 alongside Victoria Monet & Rina Sawayama.
The premier of the film at TIFF23 & BFI LFF placed Patel on several best performers lists. Jason became one of Screen International’s prestigious Screen Stars of Tomorrow 2024 for his artistry and in the industry as was named as a star to watch for the forthcoming years. This is a testament to his full versatility as a multi-hyphenate artist.
Patel continues to perform his music across London venues and the UK at Pride Festivals.
