ROUND UP
Updated: 22/08/2024

The 2024 series of All Points East saw a super handful of our artists placed through out the festival iterations across multiple genres. We were kindly invited for the Mitski headline date, Sunday 18th August. Sunday's edition of All Points East bought us a 'Sad Girl Summer' extravaganza with merch to match. With an Asian heritage strong lineup, it brought us so much joy to see this also reflected in the crowd makeup - felt right at home. Bumped into many familiar faces, which was so lovely. The day also featured stunning performances from the likes of TV Girl, Ethel Cain, Arlo Parks, and Suki Waterhouse.

Mitski: The American-Japanese 90 set showcased her lyrical genius combined with theatrics to match. Breaking from character to decipher a message of 'Brat Green' from the crowd as she thanked those involved in the festival. A truly mystifying and mesmerising festival headline debut, celebrating a decade plus career.

Beabadoobee: Fresh off her first no.1 album, 'This Is How Tomorrow Moves', the British-Filipina played crowd favourites from across her discography, as she prepares for her upcoming headline tour including London's Alexandra Palace. Bea owned the stage with the crowds faithfully singing and jumping along from start to finish.

Wasia Project: The British-Chinese sibling duo kicked off the second half of the day with showcasing their genre-expansive talents, ahead of upcoming EP release, 'Isotope'. A high spirited and infectious energy radiated through the crowds, as fan favourites were played.

Wisp: After blowing up on TikTok, she has been hailed by some as a leader in the shoe-gaze revival, or 'nu gaze' as she prefers. Soaking the crowd in wonder, the artist shone a light on the shoegaze genre with her own experimental twists.

Towa Bird: First festival performance? You'd never tell. The artist had the crowd in the palm of their hands from the get go. The British-Filipina rising star returned to home turf with a high energy set that had the audience bouncing along to tracks from their recently released debut album, 'American Hero'.

Hana Vu: The American-Vietnamese-Korean headlined the AMEX Unsigned Stage with a her dramatic discography you can't help but sink into. A beautiful, serenade of her signature sound, highlighting her reflective writing.

Riya Gadher: The British-Indian singer and producer is only just getting started. Since 2023, things have only been going up! The newcomer oozed confidence from the moment she stepped on stage - a born performer.

Till next year All Points East!
